IF YOU ARE ENTERING IN TO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "USER", "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF FORMING A BINDING CONTRACT, OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN BARRED FROM RECEIVING SERVICES UNDER THE LAWS OF INDIA OR OTHER COUNTRIES INCLUDING THE COUNTRY IN WHICH YOU ARE RESIDENT OR FROM WHICH YOU USE THE SERVICE, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE. THE FOLLOWING TERMS SHALL GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IN PARTICULAR AND RELATIONSHIP WITH TIGER.DO IN GENERAL.
'APP STORES' REFERS TO BOTH THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND THE APPLE APP STORE, APPLICABLE DEPENDING ON THE DEVICE OR PLATFORM OF THE USER.
Tiger.do is an online hosted website visitor engagement & lead generation system offered by Tiger Digitech Private Limited, a company incorporated in Mumbai, India.
Tiger.do is offered as prepaid subscription plans available for purchase to users from anywhere, and paid for via, App Stores & in-app purchases, or other payment mechanisms as specified by Tiger Digitech, at their discretion.
The Service is provided through the official mobile application and the app may/require website code integration or plugin installation by user. Data generated from the user's use of the Service may be downloaded via the in-app facility.
The website integration code creates cookies on your website's behalf in visitor browsers. This is for effective tracking & identification of unique visitors. If your website is required to inform visitors about the use of cookies, please make sure to do the needful.
The Service is provided with all options and documentation specified in the English language only. Tiger Digitech may add language options to the Service at its discretion.
Tiger.do offers a standard one-year prepaid subscription plan with features enabled in accordance with the plan for the Service. Details of service features available in the plan are available on the website at www.tiger.do
Tiger.do may design and offer free trial options, from time to time to help evaluate the product.
From time to time, special subscription plans may be offered for Tiger.do at the sole discretion of Tiger Digitech, to all or a selected group of customers.
Providing complete & correct information is the user's responsibility while registering for a Tiger.do account. Communications between the user & Tiger.do will be done via the contact details provided by the user. Tiger.do is not responsible for any communications lost due to incomplete & incorrect information provided by the user. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. may terminate your user account and refuse current or future use of any or all of the Services.
Integration Service Description
Tiger.do is an online hosted website builder, website visitor engagement & lead generation system offered by Tiger Digitech Private Limited, a company incorporated in Mumbai, India.
The Service by provided Tiger.do requires to put the tiger plugin/integration code on to Client's Website.
By requesting for the Website Integration service you agree to indemnify Tiger Digitech and its functionaries and not hold them responsible for any damage and/or claim arising from the activities needed to add tiger.do code to your website pages.
If the website is created using tiger.do app the services may be automatically integrated as per the selected plan.
Integration Description
The website credentials shared by the user with tiger.do will be stored in a encrypted format till the time of integration. Post the integration is done successfully, these details will be deleted for security purposes.
Our engineers work in a secure environment and tiger.do will take all possible measures to ensure the information provided is not misused or mislead or leaked outside.
Tiger.do grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products and software contained in or made available through the Service (the "Content") solely for your own internal purposes. All rights not expressly granted by Tiger.do to you are retained.
You are permitted to store, manipulate, analyze, reformat, print, and display User Generated Content only for your personal use. Unauthorized use of the Service, or the resale of the Services without the prior written consent of Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd., is expressly prohibited and you shall be held liable for the same. You shall not copy, license, sell, transfer, transmit, make available, distribute, publish, or assign this license or the Content in any format to any third party.
You agree that you will not re-sell, sub-lease, reassign or transfer any part of the Service.
While Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. allows for the restricted personal use of User Generated Content submitted on Tiger.do, Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. holds the user solely responsible in case any private content accidentally made public. Further, the user is assumed to have the required permissions in case any copyright material available on the Service, and copyright complaints for the same can be directed to Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to block access to Tiger.do in case of complaints.
In your use of the Service, you may enter into correspondence with, purchase goods and/or services, or participate in promotions of advertisers or sponsors showing their goods and/or services through the Service. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such activity, is solely between you and the applicable third-party. Tiger.do shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase or promotion between you and any such third-party.
Use of third party software or services in conjunction with the Service is entirely your decision. Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. bears no liability, obligation or responsibility to support such third party software or services even if the possibility of integration is indicated or implied.
Tiger.do's customers are liable for all charges levied by their telephone or internet service provider arising from the Customer's use of the Services.
Tiger.do does not endorse any sites on the Internet that may be linked through the Service. In no event shall Tiger.do be responsible for any content, products, or other materials on or available from such sites. We do not assume or accept any liability or responsibility for any of the content that may be contained in any third-party sites, links for which may be active or available on our Site.
Reminders Cards (RCards) is proprietary services provided by Tiger Digitech & comes under Copyright Ambit.
The Reminder Cards feature can be activated through Tiger.do App. You can use image or content from your website for creation of RCards or upload new content/images.
All images or content used for creating RCards by the company will have to be checked for copyrights and necessary approvals need to be sought before going live with the RCard. Tiger Digitech will not be responsible for any copyright violation. Individual companies will have to indemnify Tiger Digitech & its employees against any such damages/ law suits.
The RCards will be charged only on click. The 'per click rate' will be decided as per Market rates (which fluctuate frequently). Tiger Digitech reserves the right to change the click rates based on their own analysis.
Tiger.do has all rights to change conversion rates as per Market rates in India as well as US.
The money received to activate the RCards will be stored in RCard wallet as credits. The payment done for RCard credits is non refundable. RCards Credits can be purchased online and the same will be credited to the wallet in 4 working hours.
When creating banners (allowing to select image from Gallery), the Images & Redirection Link used on the Banners are not controlled by Tiger Digitech. Individual or company will need to check for Copyrights violation on images & ensure proper approval is sought before going live. Tiger Digitech & its employees will not be responsible for Damages or Punitive action for any such use and shall be indemnified for any Damages.
Tiger Digitech will not review the website link placed or associated on/with the banner which redirects the User to another web page.
The Image, Text or redirection link associated with the banner is not controlled or reviewed by Tiger Digitech Team. In the event of any complaints or sighting of any content or redirection link carrying racial, offensive, vulgar, porn, religious content offensive to any person or entity, the same will be removed immediately without notifying you or any concerned person.
Post the free trials, all banners will be removed from website, unless it has been subscribed for.
The time amount of 3 minutes for making a website depends on the scale of comprehension of a user.
The time quoted in all marketing communications is the time clocked by some users, and has been used for promotional purposes.
We are using third party products and services, Tiger Digitech will not be responsible for any loss of data in these sections.
The content inclusive in any post on social media is purely considered as "text" and Tiger Digitech will not be responsible if the content is offensive.

Tiger Digitech uses a third party product and service to calculate the technical score of a website and get the content analysis.
It is indicative and you are advised to refer other tools as well. The SEO cannot be guaranteed.
The Tiger.do app is available for the price indicated at the point of sale. This price includes the Service features for the subscription period as described on www.tiger.do, or as communicated to you through other means, recognized or authorized by Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and removing the website integration code on from your website(s). You do not need to do complete any additional steps cancel the service. However, both parts of this process, including removal of the integration code from your website, and uninstalling the application, is your responsibility, and Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. does not assume responsibility for any consequences arising from the application on your phone or code on your website after the Service has been canceled by Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd.
Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate unpaid user accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of 90 days. In the event of such a termination, all data associated with such user account will be deleted. In case of accounts with multiple users (including team members), if at least one of the users is active, the account will not be considered inactive.
Refunds on the app store purchases will be as per the terms of the respective App Stores, and will be limited to the amount paid by the customer to the respective app stores. Tiger.do does not offer any refund under any other condition.
When you buy a domain (includes hosting, 2 emails) or top up your R cards wallet through the tiger.do app, you agree to our Refund policy.

Tiger.do reserves the right to discontinue or modify coupons, credits and special promotional offers at our discretion.
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treatises, and regulations in connection with the Service.
In addition, without limitation, you agree not to use the Service to:
(a) use information from the Service in connection with sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise;
(b) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
(c) transmit through or post on the Service unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, threatening, harmful, abusive, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature or which is harmful to minors in any way;
(d) transmit any material that may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including trademark, copyright or right of publicity;
(e) transmit any material that contains software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files or programs such as trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots;
(f) interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to the Service or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks;
(g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means; or
(h) harass or interfere with another user's use and enjoyment of the Service.
Tiger.do has no obligation to monitor the Service and/or Content or any user's use thereof or retain the content of any user session. However, Tiger.do reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
Tiger.do does not own any data, information or material that you submit to the Service or store in your account ("Data"). Tiger.do will not monitor, edit, or disclose any information regarding you or your account, including any Data, without your prior permission except in accordance with this Agreement. Tiger.do may access your account, including its Data, to respond to service or technical problems or as stated in this Agreement. You, not Tiger.do, shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness and copyright of all Data, and Tiger.do shall not be responsible or liable for the deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any Data.
For your privacy, Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. may share certain contact and subscription status information with marketing agencies to prevent disturbance and marketing calls for those who have purchased Tiger.do through authorized Marketing Agents. Such information may include your name, email address and website URL, but will not contain any information pertaining to your use of the Service, or User Generated Content.
Tiger.do, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account or use of the Service and remove and discard any Data within the Service if you fail to comply with this Agreement. You may terminate your user account upon notice to Tiger.do at any time; however, you will not receive a refund of any portion of your fees paid to Tiger.do. Upon termination by Tiger.do or at your direction, you may request a file of your Data, which Tiger.do will make available for a fee. You must make such request at the notification of termination to receive such file at the time of the cancelation request. Upon termination of an account, your right to use such account and the Service immediately ceases. Tiger.do shall have no obligation to maintain any Data stored in your account or to forward any Data to you or any third party. Upon such termination or suspension, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site, and destroy any copy you have made of any portion of the Site. Accessing the Site after such termination, suspension, or discontinuation shall constitute an act of trespass. Tiger.do shall not be responsible to you for any loss, liability or damages suffered or claimed to be suffered by you on account of such suspension or termination.
Certain devices may face compatibility issues with Tiger.do for reasons outside the control of Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd., and we will make our best effort to resolve compatibility issues with specific devices, and inform users about the same. However, Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for these device specific service interruptions, and will not issue refunds in these cases.
In case you have violated the terms and conditions of your Operating System by rooting your device, Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to terminate your Service at its sole discretion. Tiger Digitech Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to deny use of the Service to all devices running a rooted Operating System.
Except for the licenses granted herein, you have no right, title or interest in or to the Service or any Content. You agree that Tiger.do or its licensors retain all proprietary right, title and interest, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights, in and to the Service and Content, including without limitation, text, images, and other multimedia data. Tiger.do and/or other Tiger.do products and services referenced herein are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Tiger.do.
You shall indemnify and hold Tiger.do and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with
a)your use of the Service (including the Content),or
b) Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or
c) breach of this Agreement.
TIGER.DO MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE AS TO THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, TRUTH, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT. TIGER.DO DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT: (I) THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR OPERATE IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, SYSTEM OR DATA, (II) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, (III) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, (IV) ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, (V) THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER(S) THAT MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED TO YOU STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. ALL CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW BY TIGER.DO.
IN NO EVENT WILL ANY TIGER.DO PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM THIS CONTRACT OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF SUCH TIGER.DO PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES UNDER SECTION K IS INDEPENDENT OF YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND SURVIVES IN THE EVENT SUCH REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR IS OTHERWISE DEEMED UNENFORCEABLE. THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM (1) BREACH OF CONTRACT, (2) BREACH OF WARRANTY, (3) NEGLIGENCE, OR (4) ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS ARE NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS CONTRACT, OR YOU HAVE ANY OTHER DISPUTE OR CLAIM WITH OR AGAINST ANY TIGER.DO PARTY WITH RESPECT TO THIS CONTRACT OR THE SERVICE, THEN YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVICE.
In the event that, notwithstanding the foregoing disclaimers and indemnification, Tiger.do is found responsible to any User for any reason whatsoever, Tiger.do's liability shall be limited to 20% (Twenty Percent) of the amounts actually prepaid by such user for the subscription period immediately preceding the event given rise for such claim for, and Tiger.do shall not be responsible to bear or pay any punitive damages or consequential or resulting damages of any nature in any jurisdiction.
By using the Service, all Users understand and consent to the processing of personal information in India.
Certain states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental, consequential or certain other types of damages, so the exclusions set forth above may not apply to you.
Tiger.do reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Service. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra in India, without any reference to or restrictions imposed by, conflicts-of-law principles. Please note that your use of the Services may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with Tiger.do or relating in any way to your use of the Services resides in the courts of Mumbai and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Tiger.do or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers.
No text or information set forth on any other purchase order, preprinted form or document shall add to or vary the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the invalid or unenforceable provision(s), with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Tiger.do as a result of this agreement or use of the Service. The failure of Tiger.do to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Tiger.do in writing. Tiger.do has the right to assign any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time. This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and Tiger.do and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
Tiger.do will use reasonable efforts to supply a continuous service. However, Tiger.do is not liable for any loss of data resulting from delays outside of our control, missed or non-deliveries, service interruptions, or by errors or omissions of the customer. Tiger.do is not responsible for any losses suffered resulting from acts of god or force majeure including civil unrest, riots, floods, drought, fire, war and imposing legislation.
You agree that Tiger.do is not liable to you for any consequential damages which you may suffer as a result of loss of business, contracts, profits, savings or otherwise.
Tiger.do respects the intellectual property of others, and we expect our users to do the same. Tiger.do will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Tiger.do service and/or the Tiger.do website if such claims are reported to Tiger.do. Tiger.do, in its sole discretion, may terminate the accounts of users who infringe the rights of others. If you believe that your copyrights or other intellectual property rights have been infringed on a site hosted on Tiger.do or through its services, you should provide Tiger.do's Copyright Agent with a Notice that includes the following information:
